heyz ppl. sry havent blogged fer so long... must get into habit of blogging at least once a week.
SO lemme summarise today..... i woke up. "crok-er-dOOle -DOOOOO!!!!" dammit. the damn neighbour's roosterrr.. TAK BOLEH TAHAN SIA!!! haha. well. sry fer the short pst, but yea, i gotta get ready fer church. gonna have guitar lessons wif nigel alr...TATA SEEYA BYEBYE SAYONARA aufweiderseighn[sp?]farewell!!

i'm soooo sorry i havent posted fer so long..anyways this is gonna be a really quick one..
so as you would or would not have heard, my skol choir got a GOLD in a INTERNATIONAL festival..[sry fer capitalizing so many words but, yah, i'm trying to get my point across] frm what the teachers say, they THINK that we are the first primary skol choir frm singapore to get a gold in an international festival.. we beat adult choirs and stuff.. PJC and SCGC [sec] also took part in the festival, but the frens we made were frm the craighead chorale [ they're frm new zealand].we had a really nice cultural exchnge on the harbour cruise. overall the trip was really great cause we got to miss skol...

on this day 16 june , in the year 1999, at around 3am to 4am, my father passed on. although i was only 6 years old, my memories of him are still vivid in my mind. from a young age, i frequently spent time with him. i remember going to his studio behind thomson plaza to watch him record songs for many people. once, even gurmit singh went there. my father was also quite famous in the singapore church. for those who have heard it, my father was the one that did the recording of the chaplet of the divine mercy. he also composed different versions of the different parts of the mass. my father was the one who thought me all my values. he was very careful of how my siblings and i were brought up. he often exposed us to many different enviroments, bringing us to cycle all over the island.he once brought us on a cycling convention thingy. it was where people would gather at i think one part of the island and then start off and cycle to the national stadium. the time i spent with my father can never be bought.i will miss him dearly...

so...
continuing from where i left off the last time, we walked over to st joseph's church and got onto the buses... our bus had lyk 20 ppl plus boxes and bags and of course, the ppl...[wait..why am i repeating myself??]so, soon began our long long long.... journey to the dorms. we had to go through the entire town before going to the outer parts of tanjung balai, karimun. needless to say, the place where we stayed was quite
ulu... but, it had a very nice atmosphere...the air was very fresh compared to the polluted air we get here in singapore... when we got there, we unloaded our stuff into the dorm's common area. that was where there was to be
major card playing going on for the rest of the trip..so we brought our stuff into the girls dorms. obviously, the guys were seperated from the girls..the first day we had our own free time, so we went to play volley ball and soccer... for the not so good at those stuff, we played captains ball un til it was time to wash up and get ready for dinner. david korkor was playing snakes and ladders with some of the other people.quite childish hor...for a 20 year old...

hey peeps, i'm so sorry that i havent updated for very long...i've been quite preoccupied actually.....
here's the scoop...i jus came back from tanjung balai.thats in indonesia you dim witted toots.
6 june2005i woke up at around 6 am in the morning.damn early hor!!but cause we had to be in church by 7 15 am lar.damn early sia.so i skip to the part where we all are getting on the ferry to tanjung balai. this ferry had the lamest name i tell you... it was called "penguin 12".really.not bluffing lar ,why would i? rite?any way,,,, we dumped our bags on the lower deck and headed to the upper one to stand.we waited for 10 mintues or so before we actually moving away from the jetty.we had 2 kinds of groups.the big one,[i have no idea waht to call it] and our spiritual groups. we kept to our spiritual groups most of the time.i was in group 1. so extra right? the peeps in my group were,FX, wilmer, john paul,francis,elaine,natalie,charlene,bernice,brandon, hilda and i.the ride to balai was nice, if you stood at the sides with the wind blowing in your hair.damn shoik lor.skip to the part where we arrive at balai itself.just when we were about to reach dry land,it started to pour.we all got drenched. once we cleared customs, we walked over to the church of st. joseph across the road and waited to get into the buses...our bus was called the fun bus for some reason.. i'll continue the rest soon... bye

harlo ppl... todae [well yester dae cause its past 12am] we tried playing tricks on mrs tan again... but she didn't fall for it.. :( but we managed to do it on wednes dae. jin zaw brought a black spider it was this big![shows how big wif fingers] thanks jin zaw! u guy s noe wat happened so i'm not gonna dwell on it. musica viva came 2 dae well it was actually shrewd brass... the music they played was awesome!! lovin it ![especially th one where we shout tequilla! so fun!] the range of mutes was cool especially the wawa mute. i can't believe that they played th simpsons theme song and the pink panther theme song.... boy was it fun!!!
